​As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am able to provide a comprehensive mental health assessment, as well as supportive therapy and psychiatric medication management. It is my belief that collaborating with patients and their families results in better outcomes and satisfaction. I am passionate about partnering with my clients to develop realistic goals that fit into their daily life. My approach is to meet patients where they are and prioritize getting their needs and goals centered.

 

My particular areas of clinical focus include but are not limited to: depression disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, bipolar and other mood disorders, ADHD, insomnia, and Substance Use Disorder. When indicated or necessary, I can provide a referral for TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) treatment, Spravato treatment, or use genetic testing to optimize your medication regimen. I look forward to being a partner in your healing journey.

 

In my free time, I enjoy art, card making, reading, video games, bike riding, cooking, fishing, and gardening.
