Who I am:
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. I’m specialized in both psychotherapy and psychological/ neuropsychological assessments. My clinical training is psychodynamic but my theoretical approach is tailored to individual client’s unique needs. My depth-oriented background with an emphasis of psychoanalytic and Jungian perspectives is enriched by other therapeutic techniques that I integrated throughout my clinical experience; including cognitive behavioral approaches, EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, and play therapy.
I do psychological/ neuropsychological assessments for clarification of diagnosis for treatment purposes. My evaluations are helpful for understanding cognitive/executive functioning, ADHD, learning disability, autism, giftedness, as well as for identifying personality factors.
I have great respect and empathy for my clients and I work with the humbleness of acknowledgment of the immense journey that all of us go through when we seek treatment. My job is to assist and guide clients on their journey to becoming their best selves. Ultimately, I believe my role is to help bring clarity to a challenging emotional situation.
