Psychologist, PhD, LP
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. My training and experience as a clinical psychologist have prepared me to work with a wide range of mental health issues of all ages both in and outpatient settings. I currently only work with adults and my areas of focus include but are not limited to: working with persons experiencing life transitions, managing issues of self-esteem, and struggling to cope with stress, trauma, grief, and loss.
My psychodynamic background is enriched by other therapeutic techniques that I integrated throughout my clinical experience, such as: cognitive-behavioral approaches, schema therapy, and EMDR. I understand that therapy cannot be conducted with a "one-size-fits-all" mindset, so my treatment approach is tailored to fit each client's unique needs.
I have great respect and empathy for my clients and I work with the humble acknowledgment of the immense journey that all of us go through when we seek treatment. My job is to guide you on your journey to become your best self and achieve the fullness of your self-healing potential.
