MAGGIE DONAHO
LMHCA (Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate)
Psychotherapist
Life can feel like a roller coaster — full of unexpected twists, steep drops, and exhilarating highs. Sometimes those turns leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can begin to navigate those ups and downs with greater clarity and confidence.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University, class of 2025. I am currently under the supervision of Joanne Fromhold, MA, LMHC, as I continue to grow and deepen my clinical work. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, meaning our work will be collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
As part of my training, I received specialized education in multicultural counseling and am committed to practicing with cultural humility. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for clients of all identities and backgrounds, and I am proud to provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. I recognize the impact of culture, identity, and systemic oppression on mental health, and I work to honor the full context of your lived experience in our work together.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating challenges such as Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Trauma, and Life Transitions. Whether you're feeling weighed down by the past, overwhelmed by the present, or uncertain about the future, I’m here to meet you where you are at in the healing process.
If you're ready to take the first step toward feeling more balanced, I welcome you to reach out. I’d be happy to connect and explore how we can work together.
