HEATHER *RAE
STEWART
LMFTA (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate)
Psychotherapist
My goal is to meet you with wholehearted presence, authenticity, and gentle acceptance—creating a safe, compassionate environment necessary for deep understanding and healing. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and together we can draw on your inherent strengths as a source of resilience and transformation.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD/autism, stress, relational conflict, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem, identity and personal growth. I especially enjoy supporting folks who belong to BIPOC, immigrant, and LBGTQIA+ communities.
My philosophy of therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and humanistic and incorporates a feminist and culturally responsive lens. My framework is trauma-informed and rooted in Solution-Focused therapy, Narrative therapy, and Attachment theory/Emotionally Focused Therapy, but I like to integrate other theoretical interventions as clinically appropriate. I received my Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University in 2025 and am currently practicing as an associate therapist.
I am endlessly inspired by the vulnerability clients bring into the room—the kind that allows for growth, change, and reconnection with oneself and others. My hope is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. You are not alone, and you deserve to thrive!
